Need to split the White House topic to separate the building/structure from the
"employer" (not sure what the correct employer is when folks say they work at the White House??).-
Oy. "The White House" as employer is just metonymy for some part or parts of the US Government. Whether the proper employer is the Executive Office of the President of the United States, or what, however, I don't know. Perhaps just moving the employees US Federal Government is the best idea: it's correct, even if it's not precise.

I've manually done this.
I've moved some to US Federal Government and others to Executive Office of the President of the United States - pretty much depending on whether their title contained the word "president" or not. So perhaps not totally accurate but is a start.
