Campaigns need to be cleaned up.

      Right now, all the campaigns are for specific candidates.  Really, this should hinge off the party somehow, e.g. Bob Barr -> (Candidate for President + Nominee) -> Libertarian Party or Barack Obama -> Candidate for President -> Democratic Party.  It seems weird and repetitive that Bob Barr is party of the Bob Barr Presidential Campaign, 2008 and that there's no way to specify that he's the nominee.  Also, what about vice-presidential candidates?

      This seems very timely and important.  Maybe I should post to the data modeling list?
