Link with Government Agency?

It sounds like a simple question, doesn't it? ;)  It turns out that the relationship between government agencies and the rest of the government schema isn't very well-developed.  And connecting Government Agency to Government Office or Title this way might imply a relationship between Gov't Agency and the Office Holder property on the Office/Title type (which ultimately connects to the Politician type).  It's possible that politicians could be linked to agencies via the Government Position Held CVT, the same way that they are to Governmental Bodies, but we'd have think through that, since not all people with titles in agencies might be elected or appointed.  Taking this back round to the original question, we'd also have to be careful how the property connecting Agency to Office/Title was used -- while US Attorney General is clearly a Government Office or Title, the AG's administrative assistant probably isn't.
