It looks like Greenhill SAVP is an investment fund, not an investment company based on this description. For this topic, is the intention for Greenhill & Co, the company that runs the fund, or the fund itself Greenhill SAVP. That answer will dictate how we proceed (merge with existing Greenhill & Co topic, or remove the Company type from the fund).

Greenhill SAVP is the venture capital arm of Greenhill & Co. They are housed within Greenhill, however run as a separate entity (making independent funding decisions). Greenhill & Co. combined resources with Silicon Alley Venture Partners in 2006 to form Greenhill SAVP.
From Brian Hirsch's (a partner at Greenhill SAVP) Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Hirsch:
Greenhill SAVP was formed in early 2006 when Silicon Alley Venture Partners combined resources with investment bank Greenhill & Co. (NYSE: GHL). Silicon Alley Venture Partners was formed in 1998 and has been one of the most active and long-standing early stage venture funds based in New York City

I do not see Greenhill SAVP name registered with the state of New York nor Delaware.
However, I was able to find Silicon Alley Venture Partners LLC, so perhaps that is their legal name and their tradestyle name is Greenhill SAVP? That might explain things!

Is the Twitter account for the company Nicole Miller or for the person Nicole Miller? After a brief look at the Tweets I thought it was for the person, can you confirm? If so we should move that Type and information to the Person topic. Thanks.
