I love love love the idea of a local food base. However, please get on the data-modeling mailing list, and ask for help. Jon noted that you turned a bunch of vegetables into fruits; I think it’s because your local food type expects Fruit as the value for the Food property. I also question the utility of a topic called “Cabbage in Connecticut”; this seems like the kind of thing that compound value types are good for. What’s interesting is that cabbage is available in CT at certain times of year; it’s not really a first-class topic on its own.

I'm not sure why you are adding the Fruit Type to Vegetables.  You also Typed Carrots as a location.  I've corrected some of these - but you may want to have a discussion with some of our folks before continuing.  Someone (probably Kirrily) from our Community team will be in touch...
