This article is just nonsense. It's apparently been changed from the original Wikipedia summary to instead describe a single instance of a solar eclipse which will occur in China. This seems to be a lead-in to the spam posted in the discussion section advertising a tour of that solar eclipse.
I can't figure out how to revert the article to its previous definition and none of the flagging types (except perhaps "offensive"?) seem appropriate.

I see you’ve been posting a lot of very colorful discussion posts. Some of those posts, however, have been appended to unrelated discussion threads; dining in Beijing has nothing to do, for instance, with a bug in the description of the Dining domain or a move of some food-related types.
