Hi nanette.

I happened upon the topic for Neil W. Duffin and I noticed his various job titles.  For a person's employment history, we want to keep the title separate from the company.  So for Neil Duffin, for example, instead of:

Employer=Exxon Mobil       

Title=President, ExxonMobil Development Company

it should read:

Employer=ExxonMobil Development Company

Title=President

If the employer doesn't already exist, just create a new topic for it.  I happened to be adding some of ExxonMobil's major subsidiaries, and just added ExxonMobil Development Company.  I'll go ahead and update this particular example.

 I see you've marked some things for delete, sometimes after removing types or properties from them, when those things are duplicates.  The better thing to do is simply to mark them for merge with the correct topic.  In future, just click on the flag icon and then choose "Merge with another topic" instead of "Delete".  Thanks!
