I'd like to request to add properties to Legal Case to capture a case's judge(s) and their opinions on the case. Higher courts have multiple judges and the final verdict is by vote of majority from all the member judges. It would be good to reciprocate case data from the Judge type.

Does the legal case type also cover criminal cases?

(If so, expecting a type of 'litigant' for defender and accuser wouldn't be correct)

I would also suggest a "kind" property with "civil" and "criminal" options to facilitate searching/filtering. Any case is either civil or criminal.

I would also add a "disposition" property to describe the outcome of a case, allowing multiple dispositions. Options would include: conviction, acquittal, affirmed, reversed, dismissed, and perhaps some others (I'll need to think about it).

To be really technical, a case can have multiple claims between multiple parties, and each claim has its own disposition; a multiple-claim case is therefore likely to have multiple dispositions.
