          Dec 7 upload created several spurious persons

            I've noticed several topics spuriously typed as persons by the Dec 7 upload, e.g.: Eighty Years' War, United States Department of War, United States census, Parliament of the United Kingdom, Aliens from Space. These and similar I've retyped. There are a load of mistyped national sports teams (e.g. national football teams) still typed as person. I wondered whether it would be worth reviewing the list used.
