With two decades of experience in financial services, Mr. Paracchini joined E-LOAN as Chief Financial Officer in February 2007. Prior to E-LOAN, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Popular Financial Holdings, overseeing all financial related areas including accounting, treasury and capital markets. Previously, he held various executive level positions at E-LOAN's parent company, Banco Popular North America (BPNA). He held leadership roles as both the COO for Banco Popular North America as well as the Senior Vice President and head of the Finance and Treasury group at BPNA. During his more than thirteen years at BPNA, he served as Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations Technology. During his tenure at BPNA, he led multiple strategic acquisition, integration and reengineering projects and spearheaded the company's large-scale 2003 systems conversion project. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Marquette University in 1992. He received his MBA in Finance and Business Economics, with honors, from the University of Chicago in 1997. Mr. Paracchini also served as President of the Board for the Latino Educational Alliance whose mission is to promote education in the Latino Community and improve high school graduation rates in Latino-majority high schools in Illinois.
