Before joining Palm in December 2004, Andy was the chief financial officer at Pillar Data Systems, a development stage startup, and prior to that he was at Legato Systems, Inc., where he was part of a new management team that rebuilt the company. Prior to Legato, he was the vice president and chief financial officer at Adaptec, Inc., where he helped drive company performance during periods of rapid growth. Andy also held prior finance-management roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and Precision Monolithics, Inc.
