Andrew Wellman en
Andrew Wellman is an American novelist. He was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1968.After winning the 1989 Playboy College Fiction Contest for the short story, "The Madison Heights Syndrome", his novel, S.F.W. was published in 1991 and made into a 1994 feature film starring Stephen Dorff and Reese Witherspoon. Wellman has recently made a post on imdb.com http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111048/board/nest/63026944 entitled "Shameless self-promotion." The post was made on Thursday, January 4, 2007 letting fans of the film know he is still writing. He also added a link to his blog http://andrewwellman.blogspot.com/2007/01/introduction.html which contains a little about himself and the difficulties of getting his more recent works published.
