Claudio Ridolfi was an Italian painter of the Renaissance period.
Ridolfi was born in Verona, and was active mainly in Rome and Urbino. He was a pupil of the painters Dario Pozzo and Paolo Veronese. A friend of Federico Barocci, he established himself in Corinaldo in the region of Ancona, where he died. Simone Cantarini, Benedetto Marini, and two painters named Patanazzi and Urbinelli were pupils or followers of Ridolfi.
