Indiana's 3rd congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Indiana. Based in Fort Wayne, the district takes in the northeastern part of the state and includes Goshen. The district is currently represented by Republican Marlin Stutzman who succeeded fellow Republican Mark Souder in a special election in 2010.
