  • Jake Winebaum is President of RHD Interactive and was the Founder and Chief Executive of Jake is also Co-Founder of eCompanies which, in addition to, founded Jamdat (JMDT, sold to EA), Boingo, USBX Advisory Services, LLC and was the lead investor in Lower My Bills (sold to Experian). Prior to and eCompanies, Jake held several senior management positions at The Walt Disney Company including: Chairman of Buena Vista Internet Group (BVIG) overseeing,,,, and, President of Disney Online, where he led the team that developed and executed the expansion of the Disney brand onto the Internet beginning in 1994, and President of Walt Disney Magazine Publishing. He also founded both FamilyFun and FamilyPC magazines and served as President, Editor and Publisher of both publications. Jake sold FamilyFun to The Walt Disney Company in 1992. Prior to FamilyFun, Jake served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at U.S. News World Report. He also founded and served as President of U.S. News Productions, a television production company. Prior to that position, Jake worked for Time Warner at Fortune and Time magazines. Jake's expertise and contributions to the Internet industry have been recognized by Time magazine, which awarded him a place in the Top 50 Cyber Elite, and Wired Magazine, which named him one of the Wired 25. He is a Director of USBX, and until its recent sale to Scripps, Jake was a Director of Shopzilla/ He is the Founding Chairman of Seven Arrows Elementary School, and currently serves on the California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Jake is married and the father of two daughters. He is a Dartmouth College graduate.
