Before joining us Rusty worked for seven years as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Electronic Arts (EA), the world's largest interactive entertainment software company. In addition to overseeing global human resources and talent management for EA's nearly 6500 game makers, Rusty was responsible for corporate services and facilities, corporate communications, and government affairs, reporting directly to the company's chairman and CEO. Before joining EA, Rusty was with the PepsiCo companies for more than 10 years. Before that, he spent two years with the Pratt Whitney Division of United Technologies. At the start of his career, Rusty spent six years in commercial radio as an on-air personality. He currently is on the corporate boards of SNOCAP, All Covered and ItzBig. He is an Executive Trustees for the San Francisco-based American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts Sciences. Rusty is also a published author: Talent Force, A New Manifesto for the Human Side of Business, co-authored with Hank Stringer, was published in early 2006 by Prentice-Hall. He’s a true Boilermaker with an M.S. degree in Counseling and a B.A. degree in Radio and Television from Purdue University. He and his wife Patti, live in Hillsborough, California.
