Sketch Ellis (born Joshua Lee Ellis on July 14, 1988) is an American musician, record producer, songwriter, Production sound mixer, and vocalist. Ellis grew up in Jasper, Georgia and stood out as a drummer and performer in several country/rock bands in the early 2000s including C.C. Morgan Band, Southern Breeze and Black Mountain Side. In 2006, joined arena rock band M!ss Crazy and moved to San Jose, California. Over the next two years he recorded and tour with M!ss Crazy in support of their self titled debut album sharing the stage with such band as Buckcherry, Army of Anyone and Molly Hatchet. Ellis quit the band after he lost interest in continuing, but he remained on good terms with some of the other members of the band. Sketch then began a solo career, releasing the albums Circus of Freak (Demo Sessions) in 2008, and Life Within a Dream in 2009. Sketch Ellis is featured as a producer and studio musician on several upcoming albums. In 2009 he joined rock band Jaggedy Ann who were produced by Phil Rudd of AC/DC and Las Vegas based show Goldy Rox.
