Carl Morrissey (David Eigenberg) is a supermarket employee under investigation by NTAC agents Tom Baldwin (Joel Gretsch) and Diana Skouris (Jacqueline McKenzie). Morrissey is a 4400 who uses his enhanced reflexes ability to fight crime in his neighborhood. Richard Tyler (Mahershalalhashbaz Ali) and Lily Moore (Laura Allen) move in together. Richard is looking for a job and she is pregnant, stating to feel that her baby is able to communicate with her. Lily is arrested when she attempts to see her daughter. Shawn Farrell (Patrick Flueger) and Nikki Hudson (Brooke Nevin) start to strengthen their relationship. Diana invites Maia Rutledge (Conchita Campbell) to move in with her. [ - ]
