A piston internal combustion engine is a common engine found in the majority of automobiles, ships and propeller driven aircraft. This type is for use with various topics of engines. It should NOT be used for individual engines, e.g. the engine in a famous car. It should NOT be used for fictional engines, e.g. the engine in the Batmobile or Chitty-chitty bang bang.
