There should (or at least could, if someone wants to make it) be a Translation topic called "Der Tipping Point. Wie kleine Dinge Großes bewirken können isn't it -- it has a key associated with it that is properly on a Book topic, and once the Open Library book editions load is done, it will presumably also have editions, which definitely need to be linked to the The Tipping Point Book topic. One could split all the data over to the English topic, but at that point, it's much easier to just create a new Translation.
