Fraser), I don't think I was actually the guilty party (although I was the last to edit them back in the Spring when I loaded the Library of Congress THOMAS identifiers for all the congresspeople).</p> <p>It appears that the mw_template_bot (Wikimedia importer) had a bug that caused it to create these entries on Jun 11, 2008. The bug was apparently fixed quickly, but the bad data never got cleaned up.
