I'm fine with making that distinction, although I expect it may be difficult to enforce in practice. For example, the country (not government) is also a:

Should the author "Argentina" not be merged with the government of Argentina instead of the country? I think Governments can produce books, but countries can't.

Are there any Sexuality / Personal Identity data types that I should know about?

Otherwise the Person type comes across as kind of, well, semantically heteronormative.

Sorry about the formatting of that last note. Freebase re-wrapped everything on me. It also ate the pointy brackets making the text look silly. The quoted section should be "If PHILOSOPHER ran COMPANY" where the capitalized words were in brackets.

In any case, I think I've got all the books distributed appropriately. Most went to Thomas V. Morris (and many were dupes). Since the birthdate matched Thomas B. Morris, the NCSU poultry guy, I made this topic his. I created a new unknown Tom Morris for the author of "Bursting the foundations : a bibliographical primer on the criticism of culture" since I couldn't find any more information about him. It's possible he's in Freebase already, but I can't tell.
