I knew this would raise some questions. I have a Center Parcs brochure from 2000 and was sent to "visit" one of them at the time. Then it was just Center Parcs Ltd (that's who I paid) but has since become a PLC. At that time it seemed it was one company owning the 3 or 4 "resorts" in UK. The resorts in Europe may well be one company operating in the various countries, but as they presumably own their resorts (and are thus not "hotel operators" only), I assume that there must be a series of subsidiary companies under one European "Center Parcs" umbrella. I assume that even in the late 1990's each EC country required a national company to own land and businesses. I think most of them still do now. Thus on filling in the items yesterday I assumed that they would all be separate companies by now, one for each resort. Maybe a financial return can confirm how they are in fact organized. Thanks.

Can you please let me know where you got the information that the resorts are subsidiaries?

In addition, it looks like Center Parcs UK and Center Parcs Europe (all non-UK) are not legally related to each other. I tried to clean it up so that the Belgium, Germany, Holland and France are under Center Parcs Europe, and removed them from Center Parcs.

In addition, I think the main Center Parcs record is for the overall brand and not for a specific company, based on the wikipedia article. Can you please confirm?
