Yes, that's correct -- districts aren't usually going to be jurisdictions, and definitely not in this case. Unfortunately, we can't set up an automatic rule to detect this sort of thing because some "districts" are also jurisdictions -- US states function as the "district" for US senators, for example.

Shouldn't Dublin Mid West be just a political district rather than a governmental jurisdiction? For example, Joanna Tuffy should have "Dublin Mid West" as her political district if (as I assume) she was elected in this constituency; to have this topic as her jurisdiction implies that she can only pass laws applying to Dublin Mid West.

I don't actually remember my reasoning, but the version of the program I use shows the geo heirarchy as well, so it was probably a combination of the different code, plus the different province (Villa Clara vs Sancti Spíritus). I think they're likely to be the same (particularly since the b/v is an easy typo), but didn't have the context of other nearby airports (with potentially similar codes) to be sure.

This OurAirports match looks good to me - there was a typo in the Wikipedia article (the infobox used the "MUBR" code). Did you have any other reason for thinking this was a bad match?

I think so. There was a couple of days when freebase was downloading huge amounts of info and things were not working properly, meaning that data I entered only registered a couple of days later, but that is all resolved now. Thanks.
