    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Well, you won&amp;#8217;t see the constituent schools when looking at BHS, but you will see that the small schools are part of BHS when looking at them. It&amp;#8217;s a start. The relationship can also be asserted this way, and when the schema is corrected, the data will all be there.

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, crism's workaround won't work, since removing the "College/University" type also removes the "constituent schools" property. We'll have to correct the schema to point to "institution" rather than "college/university".

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;The notion of having non-universities with constituent schools wasn&amp;#8217;t contemplated by this schema design. The expected type for the &amp;#8220;Parent Institution&amp;#8221; property is
&lt;i&gt;
 College/University
&lt;/i&gt;
. What that means is that when you add Berkeley High School as the parent institution for any other school, BHS gets typed as a
&lt;i&gt;
 College/University
&lt;/i&gt;
. Until the schema gets adjusted, you can just add all of the constituent schools and then de-type BHS as a
&lt;i&gt;
 College/University
&lt;/i&gt;
once.
