<p>Are the <a href="http://www.freebase.com/view/en/united_states_district_court" rel="nofollow">US District Courts</a> really <a href="http://www.freebase.com/view/government/governmental_body" rel="nofollow">Governmental Bodies</a>?  I would think not, and that the Court type is enough (my guess is Court wasn't fleshed out enough at the time?).  Comments?</p>
