Mung & Truffles is an American/Canadian/French animated television series which is a spin-off of the Cartoon Network original cartoon series Chowder and runs on Cartoon Network, Teletoon and Boomerang from November 9, 2010 to present. It is co-published by Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Inc. The show is created by C.H. Greenblatt and Hip-hop/pop rapper/singer Tramar "Flo-Rida" Dillard. The title characters are a 100-year-old blue skinned dinosaur-puppy dog named Mung Daal and his wife, a 72-year-old female horsefly named Truffles. Chowder is all grown up to age 15. Shintzel quits the job so a replacement employee named Noodles (voiced by Tichina Arnold). Since Chowder is grown up, he has 3 apprantices and he is now a boyfriend of his girlfriend Panini and a new employee and opens up his new catering company. The show combines traditional animation, with stop, fast & slow motion animation and puppetry and 3-D animation. After C.H.'s time on Chowder, Greenblatt was working on his new cartoon at his house in North Carolina and announced the spin-off of Chowder is coming on November 9, 2010.
