The 2011 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival was held April 15, 16, and 17 in its usual venue, The Empire Polo Club, in Indio, California. Tickets were made available through a layaway program via the festival's official website. Ticketmaster began selling tickets on January 21, 2011. The event sold out in just five days.
