Mr. Dennis Wolf joined MySQL as CFO and
executive vice president in 2005. Prior to that, he was managing
director and CFO at Hercules Technology Growth Capital. Earlier in his
career, Mr. Wolf held CFO and senior executive positions at Omnicell,
Redback Networks and Credence Systems Corp., as well as executive
management roles at Sun and Apple. Mr. Wolf is also a member of the
board of directors of Komag Inc.
