1998 International Rules Series

The 1998 International Rules Series was the first official annual series between the Gaelic Athletic Association and Australian Football League since it was cancelled in 1990,it was part of a 4 year agreement , the 5th overall .Ireland and Australia both won a game however Ireland won the overall by 10 aggregate points Both tests were played at Croke Park in Dublin the GAA Headquarters.
