2005 Cline "Bridgehead" Contra Costa County Zinfandel

This bottling of Bridgehead Zinfandel comes from a 100-year-old vineyard in Oakley, California and is named after Bridgehead Road to which it is adjacent. Bridgehead Zinfandel is an elegant wine that has aromas of bright blackberry, herbs and spice framed by moderate, soft tannins, toasty vanilla and chocolate. The wine will age gracefully for the next five to seven years.
