In January 2009, all Air Marshall flights were suspended while their only plane, a 34 seat Dash-8, suffered damage to its wing after a collision with a FAA tower while it was under tow. Replacement parts were ordered, but flights were further delayed in February when the replacement part that was shipped in was for the wrong wing.
Their other Dash-8 was taken out of service in the month before due to an engine overheating and having to be removed and taken off-island for inspection and rebuild.
