Alex Rodriguez (born March 16, 1978) is the drummer for post-hardcore band Saosin. He was born in Miami, Florida to a Cuban immigrant father and Irish mother. He fell in the hardcore scene as a teen and hit the road at 17 with his band, Never Falling. The group relocated in Los Angeles in 1997 and soon broke up.
