Owen has three children, pop singer Lily Allen, actor Alfie Owen-Allen (both with her ex-husband, comedian Keith Allen) and Sarah Owen, a daughter from a previous relationship. She was also in a relationship with comedian Harry Enfield for many years with whom she raised Alfie, Lily and Sarah. She is now married to the art director Aaron Batterham who has four children including Ruby Platts Mills who produces the famous portobello panto with Alison's daughter Sarah.
