On an episode of MTV Cribs featuring drummer Steve Jocz's house, frontman and guitarist Deryck Whibley said that the majority of the songs for All Killer No Filler were written in Steve's basement. The title may be a reference to the Jerry Lee Lewis album All Killer, No Filler: The Anthology.
As of 2006 the album has sold 0,5 million copies in USA and 1.5 million world wide. Top40.com lists the album as the 9th greatest punk pop album of all time.
