Controversy erupted the week of April 6, 2009, when pages for the upcoming yearbook were part of an online preview. A few ALHS alumni, who double as current staff members, did not hesitate to criticize the yearbook name revision, from Sisunga to Legend; emails ensued, proclaiming the blatant disregard and disrespect for tradition at ALHS.
