The film begins with a native of Borneo in the Jungle. He appears to be unafraid as he is attacked by a tiger, but runs at the sight of a giant anaconda (despite the fact that anacondas are native to the Western Hemisphere). As the native is lifted up into the air he manages to stab the anaconda. The chase continues until the native falls down a cliff into a pool of water covered with orchid leaves.
