Andrew "Andy" Daly (born April 15, 1971) is an American actor, writer, and comedian who is best known for his character Dick Pepperfield in the 2008 film Semi-Pro starring Will Ferrell, his portrayal of Principal Terrence Cutler in the HBO series Eastbound & Down and his multiple appearances on Reno 911! and Lewis Black's Root of All Evil.
