Angela Martin is the head of the accounting department at the Scranton branch of the fictitious paper distribution company Dunder Mifflin (now under the label 'Dunder Mifflin Sabre'), extension 128. Cold, condescending, judgmental and uptight, Angela frowns upon all frivolous activity in the office, and openly expressed her disapproval of office receptionist Pam Beesly’s flirtation with coworker Jim Halpert. She also frowns upon any sort of superfluousness or inappropriateness in general. Like Dwight, Angela has little sense of humour and almost never smiles or expresses happiness. However, she has on several occasions participated in the office's more frivolous activities.
