Apna Dal, a political party in India. It is based amongst the Kurmi caste. Its main base is in central Uttar Pradesh. Apna Dal was founded by Sone Lal Patel. The Party failed to win any seats in either Indian general election, 2009 or Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, 2007. With the death of Sonelal Patel in October 2009, the future of the party remains uncertain.
