Arthur Lancelot Bonner (Lance) Plunkett was a civil engineer involved in the design of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Between 1924 and 1926, on behalf of Sir Douglas Fox and Partners, Consulting Engineers, he took charge of the office in which the designs and erection schemes for Dorman Long & Co's bridge contracts were prepared, he prepared 3 preliminary designs for the bridge.
