Prior to that she worked as Director of Human Resources for Texas Instruments Cable Broadband Communications from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, Ms. Gatt was Director of Human Resources at Nice Systems (1994-1998), and recruitment manager at Tadiran Telecommunications (1991-1993). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from New York's Polytechnic University.
