"Baltar's Escape" is an episode of the original Battlestar Galactica television series. While Commander Adama endures the presence of council representative Siress Tinia on the bridge, Count Baltar makes plans to incite a prison break. To assist him, he allies with his fellow prisoners, including the Alliance Enforcers and the Borellian Nomen. Baltar successfully lures the Council of Twelve into a trap and creates a hostage situation. To defuse the situation, Adama apparently surrenders to Baltar and meets the Count's demand: to provide escape by allowing Baltar to leave the Galactica aboard his captured Cylon Raider. The Alliance Enforcers escape in their craft, but Apollo and Starbuck discover a way to thwart Baltar's plan.
