Hubertus Balthazar ("Bart") Zoet (October 20, 1942 in Sassenheim, Noord-Holland – May 13, 1992 in Sassenheim) was a Dutch cyclist, who won the gold medal in the Men's 100 km Team Trial at the 1964 Summer Olympics, alongside Gerben Karstens, Evert Dolman, and Jan Pieterse.
