This album contains a few songs that are notably more mature than previous works. For instance, there is a larger emphasis on keyboards, rather than techno beats (which are almost completely gone), as well as an extremly large amount of clean singing used on the album. Most of the songs rely on atmosphere and technicality rather than speed (This idea has previously been explored by Discordance Axis) as well as progressive metal shown as an obvious influence.
