Boaz Frankel (born Portland, Oregon, 24 May 1982) is a television personality, who hosted and co-created Clips & Quips. Boaz grew up in Portland, and attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. It is at NYU where Boaz created On The Cusp, a late-night style talk show that became the most popular program to ever air on NYU TV.
