Robert 'Bobby' Linn (Born 10 October, 1985) is a Scottish football player, who plays as a striker. He is currently playing for East Fife. He was previously on loan at the club from Greenock Morton, in order to get more games under his belt and be closer to his family. He scored a long range goal on his debut for East Fife after coming on as a sub.
He started his career with Dundee, before going on loan to Peterhead, who eventually decided to sign him permanently. He is a hard working player who has scored roughly 28 goals in 62 professional league games (36 of which he was a substitute).
He played alongside/for Paul Mathers (Morton goalkeeper at the time of the transfer) during his time at Peterhead; and this may have had a crucial bearing on his decision to sign for Morton on 6 January 2007. He made his Morton debut, from the bench, at home to Alloa on 13 January 2007.
He signed for East Fife on a permanent deal in January 2008
