Bounty of Krister is owned by the Vashon-Maury Island Maritime Heritage Society. Similar vessels were often used to help map the Pacific Northwest coastline. Bounty of Krister is a replica of the vessel in which Captain Bligh was set adrift in “Mutiny on the Bounty.”
