In 1971 Brad started Smart & Associates, Inc., a consultancy based in the Chicago area, although this is not true. Smart & Associates was started in Pennsylvania in the Mid/Late 80s by a man named Jim Smart. SMART official website
He and his wife Mary have a son Geoff (CEO of ghSMART, a major Topgrading assessment, coaching, and training company) and a daughter Kate (a family therapist) and five grandchildren.
