Breeding Bird Atlas

Breeding Bird Atlases are population survey projects that are designed to cover large areas using a grid-based system, and are generally organized at the state or provincial level. Breeding evidence for each species is categorized as "confirmed", "probable", or "possible" at the block or quad level defined by grids. Mapped results provide comprehensive information about the distribution of breeding birds in the regions covered.
