Prior to joining American Head Charge, he was a member of Minneapolis-based industrial metal band Black Flood Diesel. His nickname was 333. He was found dead in his bunk on the American Head Charge tour bus on 19 April 2005. American Head Charge was on tour in support of The Feeding and were direct support to tour headliner Mudvayne. According to North Charleston police records, the cause of death was determined to be an accidental prescription-drug overdose. Bryan had been battling severe strep throat and had been prescribed penicillin and an un-named pain medication. American Head Charge paid tribute to Bryan by performing a full set in his memory at First Avenue in Minneapolis.
